The Growth Lead is responsible for continuing the build and operations of OFF+BRAND.'s growth practice.

Overview

This role owns the strategy, delivery, and commercial success of three interconnected service pillars: Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO), Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO), and Search Engine Optimisation (SEO). Working directly with enterprise clients and alongside our design and development teams, you will turn client websites into measurable revenue engines using Webflow-native tooling, data-driven experimentation, and a deep understanding of how people discover and evaluate brands today, including through AI.

Who You Are

  • 5+ years of experience in SEO, CRO, or growth marketing, ideally within a digital agency or consultancy environment
  • Proven track record of driving measurable organic traffic growth and conversion improvements for mid-market or enterprise clients
  • Strong understanding of technical SEO: crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, structured data, schema markup, and site architecture
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing and conversion optimisation, whether through Webflow Optimize, Google Optimize (legacy), VWO, Optimizely, or similar platforms
  • Genuinely curious about AI search and how LLMs discover, evaluate, and recommend brands; ideally you have already been experimenting with AEO, GEO, or LLM visibility strategies
  • Comfortable working with enterprise stakeholders: you can present a Business Value Assessment to a CMO and back it up with data
  • Experienced with tools such as Ahrefs, Profound, Google Search Console, GA4
  • Familiar with Webflow as a platform, or confident you can get deep into it quickly; experience with Webflow Optimize and Analyze is a bonus
  • Comfortable with data: you can pull insights from analytics, model projected revenue impact, and translate numbers into a clear narrative for clients
  • Strong written and verbal communication; you can write a content strategy brief, an AEO audit report, or a client-facing proposal with equal confidence
  • Self-starting and comfortable with ambiguity; this is a new practice and you will need to build structure where there is none
  • Collaborative by nature; you will work closely with designers, developers, and delivery leads who are experts in their own domains

What You Will be Doing

  • Owning the end-to-end delivery of growth engagements across CRO, AEO, and SEO for enterprise clients
  • Running conversion rate optimisation programmes using Webflow Optimize: designing experiments, configuring A/B tests, setting up personalisation rules, and analysing results
  • Conducting AI visibility audits across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Google AI Overviews to assess how client brands are being discovered and cited by LLMs
  • Implementing AEO strategies including content restructuring for AI retrieval, entity and brand signal strengthening, llms.txt creation, and external authority building
  • Delivering technical SEO audits and ongoing optimisation: metadata, schema, internal linking, crawl health, indexation, and site performance
  • Building and presenting Business Value Assessments (BVAs) to enterprise prospects, modelling projected revenue impact from CRO using real traffic data
  • Developing content strategies that serve both traditional search and AI search, ensuring clients rank organically and get cited by AI
  • Reporting monthly on business outcomes: conversion lifts, revenue impact, organic traffic growth, AI citation tracking, and competitive positioning
  • Shaping the growth offering itself: refining service packages, defining processes, building templates, and helping price engagements
  • Contributing to OFF+BRAND's own growth marketing, including maintaining our llms.txt, writing thought leadership content, and building case studies from client results
  • Collaborating with design and development teams to ensure growth recommendations are implemented accurately within Webflow
  • Staying ahead of the curve on AI search, LLM behaviour, and the evolving AEO/GEO landscape, and bringing those insights back to the team and our clients
