We are looking for a Senior Webflow Developer to lead the build of complex bespoke sites that push what the platform can do. You will be working on projects that involve custom code components, advanced animations, API integrations, and architecture that needs to scale.

You will be collaborating closely with designers and producers to ship work that wins awards and drives results.

You need to be comfortable working in a modern development environment. That means Cursor or a similar AI-assisted IDE, version control through GitHub, and a workflow that moves fast without cutting corners.

• 4+ years of professional Webflow development experience, with a portfolio of complex, enterprise-level builds
• Advanced proficiency with the Lumos and Mast frameworks, including component architecture, tokenisation, and scalability principles
• Advanced understanding of GSAP and JavaScript animations: you can build complex, performant motion design that elevates the creative work
• Expert understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript beyond Webflow's native capabilities
• Comfortable using Cursor or a similar AI-assisted IDE as part of your daily workflow
• Experienced with GitHub: branching, pull requests, code reviews, and collaborative development workflows
• Understands cloud infrastructure: Cloudflare, Workers, building and consuming APIs, serverless functions, and edge computing concepts
• Experience with Webflow Enterprise features: page branching, staging workflows, custom code, team collaboration, and publishing controls
• Familiar with API integrations and automation within the Webflow ecosystem
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to pixel-perfect implementation
• A good communicator: you can explain technical decisions clearly to designers, producers, and clients without hiding behind jargon
• Nice to have: experience with WebGL and Three.js, though not a hard requirement as we have specialists for this

• Leading the development of complex Webflow projects from concept through to launch
• Implementing and extending the Lumos and Mast frameworks to build scalable, maintainable, and modular sites
• Architecting CMS collections, dynamic content structures, and workflows for large-scale enterprise projects
• Building advanced animations and interactions using GSAP and custom JavaScript
• Integrating with external APIs, cloud services, and serverless infrastructure where projects require it
• Ensuring sites meet enterprise-grade requirements for performance, accessibility, and security
• Collaborating with design and strategy teams to translate creative concepts into technically robust Webflow solutions
• Optimising for technical SEO, Core Web Vitals, and cross-browser responsiveness
• Contributing to internal development standards, best practices, and reusable component libraries
• Reviewing code and providing technical guidance to other developers on the team
• Working within GitHub/Webflow-based workflows, maintaining clean version control and documentation
