Bondex came to us with a bold ambition: to redefine how professional identity, reputation and hiring work in Web3. Not as an evolution of Web2 job boards or networks, but as a trust-anchored professional graph where participation, reputation and opportunity are intrinsically linked. There was an existing brand and huge user base in place, so our work needed to respect that.
Reimagining identity in Web3
Bondex already had an engaged, Web3-native user base and a live product in market, so our role was to evolve the experience rather than reinvent it. We made deliberate design choices that respected existing patterns and behaviours, refreshing the visual language, hierarchy, and component system while maintaining familiarity for active users. The result is a more confident, modern interface that feels aligned with Web3 expectations: clean, technical, and credible, without introducing unnecessary immersion or novelty that would disrupt day-to-day use.
Empowere people, not profiles
To bring this to life, we made extensive use of Rive to introduce lightweight, programmatic interactions throughout the product. These moments add clarity and feedback without introducing heavy animation or visual noise, reinforcing state, progress, and intent in a way that feels fast and purposeful. The result is an interface that feels responsive and alive, while staying firmly aligned with the expectations of a technically minded, Web3-native audience.
The final build is underpinned by a scalable Webflow architecture, built around modular components and shared patterns rather than one-off layouts. This approach allows the product to evolve quickly without fragmenting the experience, supporting new pages, features, and experiments while maintaining consistency and performance. It gives the Bondex team a flexible foundation that can scale with the platform, not just ship the current version.
