The big  question

How do you create a beautiful, scalable web platform for one of the world's most recognisable brands?

The Objective

Deliver a cohesive DESIGN SYSTEM and an incredible web experience

We designed and engineered a reusable component ecosystem that became the foundation for Microsoft's next generation of web experiences. Using that system, we created an immersive WebGL-powered Windows homepage and 10 additional pages, while giving Microsoft's internal teams the flexibility to scale consistently across future products and experiences.

Strategy, design and engineering at enterprise scale.

Delivering at Microsoft's scale, and aligning our designs across multiple product launches, required more than great design. Every component had to balance creative flexibility with consistency, support multiple product teams and remain adaptable as requirements evolved. By combining strategy, design and engineering within a single delivery team, we helped Microsoft move faster without compromising quality.

Engineered for scale

The Windows programme demonstrates how strategy, design and engineering can work together to solve enterprise-scale challenges. By creating a reusable component ecosystem rather than a collection of pages, we gave Microsoft the freedom to deliver premium digital experiences while providing a shared foundation that multiple product teams could build upon with confidence.

From immersive WebGL storytelling to flexible everyday content modules, every component was designed to balance creative ambition with performance and scalability. The result is a platform that enables Microsoft's internal teams to create rich, engaging experiences across Windows, Surface and future products—without compromising consistency, accessibility or speed.
